pour 3 personnes :

                          5 carottes

                          3 pommes

                          4 branches de céleri

                                                     Lavez les légumes et grattez les carottes puis passez à la centrifugeuse.

  On peut faire la même chose sans céleri.

Vitalité

                                                                                          P our 5 personnes :

                                                                                          2 oranges

                                                                                          1 pamplemousse

                                                                                          6 tomates bien mûres

                                                                                          200g de framboises

                                               Passez les agrumes et les tomates à la centrifugeuse. Pressez les framboises et rajoutez le jus à la

                                               préparation.  Filtrez et servir bien frais.

Pommes-carottes

                                                                                             Pour 4 personnes :

                                                                                             6 carottes

                                                                                             4 pommes

                                                                                             Passez les pommes et les carottes à la centrifugeuse et servir bien frais.

   Carottes-orange

                                                                                               Pour 4 personnes :

                                                                                                6 carottes

                                                                                                3 oranges

                                                                                                1 citron

                                                                                                Passez les carottes à la centrifugeuse. Pressez les oranges et le citron puis

                                                                                                 mélangez le tout dans un shaker avec de la glace pilée et servir.

   Melon-cassis

                                                                                                     Pour 1 grand verre  :

                                                                                                     200 g de pulpe de melon

                                                                                                     2 cuil. à soupe de cassis

                                                                                                    Passez le melon à la centrifugeuse puis ajoutez le sirop de cassis et servez

                                                                                                    avec des glaçons on peut rajouter 1 à 2 cuil. à café de sirop de canne.
