                                                          Vin chaud à la cannelle

                                                            Pour 6 personnes :

                                                            1 bouteille de vin rouge

                                                            100 g de sucre

                                                            1 orange

                                                            1 citron

                                                            3 bâtons de cannelle

                                                            2 clous de girofle

                                                            Portez ½ litre d’eau  à  ébullition. Ajoutez la cannelle, le jus de l’orange, le zeste de l’orange,

                                                            le jus de citron, les clous de girofle et le sucre. Laissez bouillir 10 minutes. Ajoutez alors le vin

                                                            et chauffe sans laisser bouillir. Servir bien chaud

                                                             Lait de poule

                                                              Pour 6 personnes :

                                                              ¼ de litre de lait

                                                              100 g  de sucre en poudre

                                                              5 jaunes d’œufs

                                                              6 cuillères à soupe de rhum

 
                                                               Chauffez le lait. Battre les jaunes d’œufs avec le sucre et fouettez vigoureusement en ajoutant

                                                               le rhum. Au moment de servir, ajoutez le lait bouillant au mélange et servir immédiatement
